The Point
In the Marines, leaders are trained to always be at the point of friction in order to effectively deal with potential threats. As I seek to become a leader, I also seek to be at the point of friction, whether it be in my faith, family, or friendships. Friction does a lot of things that I could tell you about from a physics standpoint, but what's really important is that it is the only force that sharpens.
